Cinco de Mayo Celebrations Across Tampa Bay Offer Food, Music and Festivities

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay concludes its Cinco de Mayo celebration today, offering parkgoers Mexican-inspired dishes including their exclusive three slow-smoked brisket tacos at the Springs Taproom, complemented by live Latin music performances throughout the park.

For those seeking a community festival atmosphere, Clearwater's Kava Culture Kava Bar on Highway 19 will host a Cinco de Mayo Fiesta beginning at 3 p.m. today, featuring a combination of music, dance performances, and authentic food options.

Skateworld of Tampa provides a unique celebration option from 6-8 p.m., where guests can roll across the rink while enjoying bachata, merengue, salsa, and other Latin music genres. The skating venue is located on Paula Drive Street in Tampa.

Party enthusiasts may gravitate toward Saddlebags Ybor's nine-hour Cinco de Mayo event with DJ Speedy Jr., starting at 5 p.m. and featuring 80s music along with drink specials including $5 tequila shots and two-for-one margaritas all night. The venue is situated on East 7th Avenue in Tampa's Ybor City district.

Armature Works restaurants are also participating in the festivities with special deals, including $5 Mamaritas and $10 taco and empanada combos at Empamamas, while Muchachas offers $5 single tacos for the holiday celebration.
