A new educational organization is pioneering an innovative approach to community development by combining strategic educational support with athletic partnerships that create opportunities for underserved students and families.

The Chapman Educational Collective operates on the principle that education serves as a catalyst for community transformation, extending its impact far beyond traditional classroom boundaries. The organization provides strategic guidance, program development, and philanthropic partnerships designed to create sustainable change in communities across Florida and internationally.

The initiative stands out for its unique integration of sports and education through its philanthropic arm, True 22. By owning and partnering with athletic organizations, the program distributes tickets and creates experiences that celebrate student achievement while strengthening community bonds. Current partnerships include the Carrick Cares initiative with Carrick Rangers in Northern Ireland and the Allotment for All program with West Allotment Football Club in the United Kingdom.

"Education should not only open doors but keep them open for every learner, no matter where they come from," said Jessica Chapman, founder of the organization. Chapman brings extensive experience in building connections between schools, families, and communities, focusing on creating sustainable opportunities that benefit both students and educators.

The organization operates through three core commitments: empowering learners and leaders by providing access to tools and opportunities for growth, strengthening communities by connecting schools with resources and partners, and advancing purposeful philanthropy that aligns generosity with genuine community needs.

Joe Chapman, who serves as Chief Development Officer, brings nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in state government to the organization. His role includes leading True 22 and cultivating partnerships that connect philanthropic efforts with areas of greatest need.

"Mission draws people in, but culture keeps them invested. My passion is helping organizations turn generosity into lasting impact for the communities they serve," Joe Chapman said.

The Florida-based educational collective works with businesses and organizations seeking to strengthen their community presence, offering guidance on maximizing impact while ensuring meaningful recognition for contributions. The sports-focused initiatives particularly resonate with athletic organizations looking to deepen their connection to local communities.

Through its programs, the organization makes sports accessible to students and community members who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend events. These experiences serve multiple purposes: recognizing academic achievement, building community pride, and creating lasting memories that inspire continued educational engagement.

The approach reflects a broader understanding of education as a community-wide endeavor rather than an isolated institutional function. By connecting schools with external resources and creating bridges between different community sectors, the initiative aims to generate ripple effects that benefit entire regions for generations.

As the organization expands its reach throughout Florida and globally, its model demonstrates how strategic partnerships between education, philanthropy, and athletics can create comprehensive support systems for learners while strengthening the fabric of communities. The initiative represents a shift in how educational support services conceptualize their role, moving beyond traditional boundaries to embrace a more holistic approach to community development.
