OC Technology Solutions has built more than 30 services in its first six months, giving small and growing businesses access to AI agents, automation systems and bilingual websites that the company says clients fully own from day one.

The Miami company, founded in 2026 by IT professional Daniel Lewis, offers technology including websites that bring in customers in English and Spanish, AI assistants that answer customer questions after hours, with the owner in charge, lead-generation systems that find potential customers overnight and automation that connects existing business tools.

Lewis said he saw small businesses repeatedly forced to rent technology from agencies and vendors that kept logins, owned data and disappeared after launch.

Lewis said: "Every business owner I talk to has the same problem: too many things depend on them. Calls get missed, quotes go cold, and the website stops bringing in work. For years they've been told the good technology is only for big companies, or that they have to rent it from someone who keeps the keys. We build them the same systems, in English and in Spanish, and they own every piece of it. We stay to keep it running, and if they ever want to leave, it takes one click."

The company's services cover a wide range of business needs: local search work and Google Business Profile setup, a lead engine that finds customers overnight and drafts follow-ups for owner approval, AI agents that route requests and handle routine support, automation that chases quotes and sends invoices, online booking and payment systems, business email set up so customer messages reliably reach the inbox, form protection against bots and fake signups, review collection and reply management in both languages, and alerts within minutes for multi-location businesses when systems go down.

OC also provides a free monthly report and online portal showing Google performance in plain language.

Every project is fully owned by the client, priced openly on the company's website, and backed by a one-year labor warranty. The systems draft messages and the owner approves them before anything sends, Lewis said.

The company has already launched a clinic's bilingual website eight days after the first phone call and built a full medical platform in under three weeks. OC serves businesses of every size, from solo owners to companies with a few hundred people, in South Florida, across the United States and in Latin America.

Target customers include local service companies such as contractors, cleaners, HVAC, roofing and landscaping businesses, as well as medical, dental and specialty clinics, law firms, professional offices, retailers, online stores, restaurants, multi-location companies, startups and new founders.

Lewis said OC is especially valuable to Spanish-speaking business owners and businesses serving bilingual communities because everything is built in English and Spanish as equals, not translated after the fact.

Before offering any service to clients, Lewis ran each system on his own business first. The lead-generation system that finds OC's own customers every morning is the same one the company installs for clients.

OC Technology Solutions has worked with businesses in healthcare, construction, retail and solar.
