“The demand has been really good for our condominiums,” said Steve Barber, development executive for Kolter Urban. “Today, we're about 70% sold, which represents around 150 units. So we have quite a few more available.”
Several penthouses have already been pre-sold, with seven remaining available. One-bedroom residences start at about $1 million, while penthouses are priced around $5 million.
The tower will feature two levels of resident amenities on the 11th and 12th floors, including a pool and hot tub, private dining that residents can order through an app, fitness facilities, a gym, Pilates studio, club room, golf simulator and more.
The ground floor will include 5,000 square feet of retail space. A restaurant tenant is expected to be selected in the fall.
“I'm personally very proud. This is a landmark project for Kolter, and we've worked hard with the city in collaboration with the city to get us where we are today,” Barber said. “It's a tremendous achievement to be able to make that mark on the skyline.”
To honor the thousands of workers who contributed to the project, Moss Construction and Kolter Urban held a celebration following the topping-out ceremony. Mission BBQ catered the event, a DJ provided entertainment and Tampa Mayor Jane Castor spoke to the workers about the project's impact on the city's skyline and downtown growth.
“The views are just amazing and the fact that we'll have about 225 new residences, a place for people to call home here in downtown Tampa. This urban core is growing dramatically,” Castor said. “Thank you, thank you, thank you for what each and every one of you have done, and I hope you take great pride in what you have created here in our city.”
ONE Tampa sits on just over half an acre but will provide residents with a variety of housing options and amenities. Construction used approximately 49,000 cubic yards of concrete.
Inside the tower, a two-bedroom residential unit on the 14th floor is nearly complete. The residence features Appia White flooring, quartz countertops, cashmere kitchen cabinetry and Vicenza finishes in the bedrooms. All residences will also include balconies, with some featuring two opening locations with sliding windows.
Emotions ran high during the celebration as workers gathered to mark the project's progress and raise the Moss Construction and American flags.
ONE Tampa expects to begin closing on lower-level residences in July 2027.
