Good news to everyone who wants to enjoy snow in the sunshine state – Florida’s only snow park has reopened with new thrills!
Last December 3, Snowcat Ridge began its fourth season, just in time for the holidays.
With the reopening of the park, guests can now slide down the 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, ice skate on the Crystal Ribbon, and build a snowman in the Arctic Igloo once more.
Santa’s Christmas Lane, the park’s newest attraction, launched with four new features: Santa’s Cozy Cabin, Story Time with Mrs. Claus, Santa’s Gift Shoppe, and the Peppermint Play Zone.
Flurry the Snow Leopard, a new mascot for Snowcat Ridge, was also introduced. Beginning December 26, Flurry will be available for meet-and-greets. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be replaced by the mascot.
Tickets range in price from $19.95 to $39.95 and will cost $5 extra if purchased on-site. If you want to visit, the park is located at 27839 Saint Joe Road in Dade City.
