According to a new WalletHub report, Tampa is one of the top cities to buy a home in 2023.
WalletHub examined 300 locations based on 17 parameters such as house value forecast, median home-price appreciation, housing affordability, job growth rate, and population growth rate.
Tampa is the 17th best city in which to buy a home overall, and the fifth best city in which to buy a home in a city with a population of more than 300,000 people.
Tampa and Port St. Lucie were the only Florida cities to make the top 30 in the overall list. Orlando also made the top 10 for big cities, according to WalletHub.
