Tampa officially opened its newest motor sports attraction called The Motor Enclave.
Headed by CEO Brad Oleshansky, The Motor Enclave is a 200+ acre site is strategically located at the intersection of I-75 and I-4 adjacent to the Tampa Executive Airport.
The Motor Encalve also boasts of 300+ private garages, a1.6-mile Tilke-designed performance circuit, a 100 acre Off-Road Experience, and a 37,000+ SF Corporate Event Center.
Oleshanky grew up as a vehicle enthusiast, developed a comparable attraction in Michigan in 2016, and chose Tampa as the location for this new $150 million attraction.
He says the private garages here are just part of the business. Oleshansky says another big component of the business will be a huge event space now being completed.
It will seat 1,200 people track side, but event organizers can also put their guests in fast cars on the track.
“Imagine having your charity event here and during the cocktail hour, putting all your guests in race cars for thrill rides with pro drivers,” he says.
“Imagine having a small team-building event where you can have your sales meeting in the morning, and in the afternoon you have activities on the track and on the off-road course.”
For those who wish to put their Jeeps or trucks to the test or drive one of the Enclave’s vehicles, there are three different off-road courses to choose from.
While Oleshanky claims that this location is more than just private garages, purchases have been brisk.
Only eight of the 300 accessible garages remained available as of Monday morning, according to Oleshansky.
