As consumers increasingly seek environmentally responsible alternatives to single-use plastics, one Florida company is transforming the bottled water industry through innovative packaging and premium products.

MSPFLA, Inc. the state’s only women-owned company producing sustainable bottled waters, is producing Tropical Bottled Water – a premium brand that combines quality hydration with environmental responsibility through its distinctive aluminum packaging.

“Each can is designed to be reused, reducing the environmental impact typically associated with single-use plastic bottles,” explains the company’s representatives. Their tagline captures this ethos perfectly: “Enjoy, Reuse, Recycle and Love Tropical Bottled Water.”

The brand offers two varieties: an ultra-pure Artesian spring water, and a subtly electrolyte-enhanced water containing essential minerals needed after exercise. Both come in vibrant 16oz aluminum cans that are 100% sustainable, reusable, and recyclable.

What sets Tropical Water apart in the competitive bottled water market is it’s  commitment to sustainability without compromising convenience. The company reports that for every Tropical Bottled Water can sold, there’s a twofold reduction in plastic bottle use. Perhaps more compelling for cost-conscious consumers, the cans quickly become cost-neutral after just two refillable uses.

While initially focused on the Florida market, MSPFLA, Inc. has expanded its distribution network through wholesale food and beverage distributors and direct store delivery options for retailers. The American-made product has begun making significant inroads in international markets, particularly in the Caribbean, with established presence in the US Virgin Islands and the Bahamas.

The company’s forward-thinking approach extends to their production capabilities and marketing innovations. Operating on a first-in, first-out production system, they offer direct delivery to retailers, DSD’s or freight forwarders. In a unique offering for the industry, MSPFLA, Inc. can add a retailer QR code or logo on each can to enhance the customers experience with the retailer and increase the retailers ROI – a marketing tool not provided by other bottled water companies. We, as a company want a retailer to engage their customers with every can sold.

For retailers seeking to enhance their sustainability initiatives, carrying US-made sustainable products like Tropical Bottled Water provides a tangible way to support environmental goals while meeting consumer demand for more responsible packaging alternatives. The more consumers seek out and are aware of alternatives to plastic water bottles Tropical Bottled Water will be the go to water.
