Venture X has opened a new location in Tampa’s Westshore business district. Located at 3031 N. Rocky Point Drive W., the 30,000-square-foot space offers a hospitality-inspired work environment designed for entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

“Hospitality has always been at the core of what we do. With Venture X, we’re able to translate that passion into a workspace environment, creating a place where businesses not only operate, but truly thrive,” said owner and operator Kamal Rama. “Westshore was a natural choice given its accessibility, energy and proximity to everything that makes Tampa Bay such a dynamic place to live and work.”

The new Westshore location features 129 private offices that can accommodate up to 30 employees, along with fully equipped meeting rooms available to rent by the day or hour. Additional workspace options include dedicated desks, coworking memberships, event space, virtual office services and business address plans.

Private offices start at $700 per month, dedicated desks start at $475 per month and day offices start at $350 per day. Community memberships start at $150 per month, while global community memberships start at $279 per month. Day-pass coworking begins at $40 per day.

Event spaces start at $200 per hour and meeting rooms start at $52 per hour. Virtual business addresses start at $69 per month, while virtual office plans begin at $129 per month.

The location also includes common areas, an on-site café, a fitness center and complimentary parking. The office is part of the Cousins Westshore amenity network, expanding access for members.

“Venture X continues to resonate with business owners who want more than just office space; they want an experience that reflects their brand and supports their growth,” Rama said. “This new location exemplifies that vision, bringing together thoughtful design, hospitality and a strong sense of community in one of Tampa Bay’s most active business markets.”

Rama said, in a press release, the Westshore location was selected for its connection to business, wellness, travel and lifestyle amenities throughout the area.

Tours and amenity bookings are available through the Venture X Tampa Westshore website
