Looking for something fun to do this weekend around Tampa Bay? The Tampa Bay Observer has gathered local events happening across the area so you can make the most of your weekend.

Friday July 10

The Orpheum

Step back into the early 2010s during an indie dance party from 8 to 10 p.m. at The Orpheum. Inspired by the post-punk revival era, the event will feature remixes and hits from artists including The Rapture, Foals, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and MGMT, bringing back the energy of basement parties and skinny jeans.

The event is open to guests ages 18 and older. Tickets start at $23.19.

Dali Museum

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., visitors can experience the museum after hours with an immersive, 360-degree journey through a surreal reimagining of nature. The dome experience features a variety of interactive and visual moments to discover throughout the evening.

Tickets are $25 for museum members and $29 for nonmembers.

Keel Farms

From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Keel Farms is hosting a Flower U-Pick event where guests can fill one provided container with as many flowers as it can hold for $6. The event offers visitors the opportunity to stroll through the flower fields and create their own bouquet.

The Ritz Ybor

From 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., COLORS Worldwide will bring its R&B Only experience to the area with a night dedicated to R&B hits from past and present. Guests can expect music spanning multiple decades in a dance-focused atmosphere.

General admission tickets start at $106.

1920 Ybor City

Beginning at 10 p.m., the No Ceiling Rooftop Party will feature a night of hip-hop, R&B and Afrobeats as part of the kickoff to Tampa Yacht Weekend. Guests can enjoy music, cocktails, hookah and a dress-to-impress atmosphere throughout the night.

Tickets start at $24.92.

Saturday July 11

AC Hotel Tampa Airport

Starting at 6 p.m., the AC Hotel Tampa Airport will host a Latin house music pool party featuring a live DJ, signature cocktails, photo opportunities, dancing and more. Guests can enjoy a poolside atmosphere while celebrating with music and entertainment.

Tickets start at $20.

Water Street Tampa

Live music featuring local artist Sundé will begin at 6 p.m. near Wagamama. Guests can enjoy an evening performances wether they are eating out or just strolling through Water Street.

Clearwater Marine Aquarium

Starting at 6 p.m., guests can meet the aquarium’s newest sea lions, Tuna and Wahoo, during a celebration for the opening of Pinniped Pier, the aquarium’s new habitat for California sea lions and harbor seals.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about Tuna and Wahoo while enjoying sunset views and a singalong piano experience with MarkedChords.

Adult tickets are $45 for nonmembers and $20 for members. Children ages 3 to 11 are $35 for nonmembers and $15 for members.

Osprey View

Starting at 11 a.m., Osprey View’s Summer Splash on the Lake will offer a free community event featuring a vendor market, food and drinks, Keel and Curley wine tasting, live music, family activities and more. Guests can enjoy a day of entertainment while taking in lakefront views.

Coachman Park

On the second Saturday of each month, Coachman Park will host The Market Marie from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The market will feature more than 130 small businesses offering a variety of items, including fresh produce, clothing, candles, home goods and more.

Guests can also enjoy live music while exploring the local vendors.

St. Pete Beach

Dolphin Village Shopping Center is hosting an evening market featuring 80 local crafters, makers and food vendors. Guests can shop and eat while enjoying the sunset.

Sunday July 12

Oxford Exchange

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oxford Exchange will host its Children’s Book Fair featuring opportunities for children to meet authors, discover summer reads, celebrate local children’s authors and participate in a book-themed scavenger hunt.

The event is free, and guests can RSVP online.

Wine & Canvas Tampa Bay

From 1 to 4 p.m., guests can enjoy a Tampa Paint and Wine Day at the Beach featuring painting supplies, cocktails, wine, beer, pizza, jerk-smoked wings, sandwiches, salads and more.

Tickets start at $39 for adults. Seniors ages 65 and older can purchase tickets for $35.

Armature Works

From 9 to 10 a.m., guests can participate in a yoga session led by YogaSix at Armature Works. All experience levels are welcome.

The event is free, but space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to bring yoga mats, towels and water.

Aspirations Winery

Starting at 1:30 p.m., Aspirations Winery will host a hands-on jewelry-making workshop where guests can create customizable metal bracelets and charms using stamping techniques.

The event focuses on texture and personalization, allowing attendees to design their own unique pieces. Tickets are $38.50, and wine, beer, cocktails and food will be available for purchase.

St. Pete Beach

Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Corey Avenue hosts its Sunday Market featuring more than 100 vendors. Guests can browse a variety of offerings, including fresh produce, baked goods, food trucks and more.
