The Bay Club at Westshore Yacht Club
Event Rooms and Spaces
The Bay Club at Westshore Yacht Club offers several event spaces for weddings and receptions.
The Bistro seats up to 100 guests and serves as the clubhouse's main dining room on the upper level, overlooking the yacht club's marina.
The Bridal Room accommodates up to 40 guests for pre-wedding preparations.
The Semi-Private Dining Room seats up to 40 guests for a plated meal and is located on the middle floor with views of Westshore Marina.
The Pool Deck accommodates up to 250 guests for a seated dinner or up to 400 guests for a cocktail-style reception.

All food and beverage purchases are subject to a 24% service charge plus applicable taxes.
Final guest counts are due seven days before the event.
A nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of the estimated wedding cost is required to reserve event space. The deposit is due 14 days before the event.
The venue requires $1 million per-occurrence liability coverage and $1 million in aggregate property damage coverage. Proof of insurance must be submitted within 30 days of signing the contract. Cancellation and postponement coverage with a minimum of $35,000 is also required.
Clearing the Pool Deck carries a $4,000 fee.
Events must conclude at the agreed-upon time. Overtime is billed at $250 per hour.
Ceremony setup, including garden chairs and event setup, is available for a flat fee of $1,200.

Tampa Garden Club
Located along Bayshore Boulevard, the Tampa Garden Club offers more than three acres of landscaped gardens and lawn space for weddings and receptions. The venue also features a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Tampa Bay.
Parking is complimentary, and couples have exclusive use of the property for their wedding day.
Unlike many all-inclusive venues, the Tampa Garden Club allows couples to select their own caterer, decorator, photographer, musicians and other vendors. The venue also provides recommendations for vendors who have previously worked on the property.
Pricing
The Tampa Garden Club does not list rental pricing on its website. However, according to other wedding planning sources, venue rental fees typically range from $4,600 to $7,500, depending on the day of the week.
