For Tampa’s weather news, there’s a chance of a few raindrops this morning, but there won’t be much rain today.
Partly sunny skies will accompany somewhat colder temperatures, with highs this afternoon reaching about 70°.
Most of the Tampa Bay region will see consistent, light rain through early Thursday morning as a result of a cold front that arrives tonight.
Tomorrow morning, the light rain will stop, but as the front moves through the afternoon, there may be a few showers.
Thursday’s high will only reach about 65°, making it a colder and windier day. Thursday night will bring in further colder air, with lows in the 50s expected on Friday morning.
The coldest days will be Friday and Saturday, when the afternoon high will hardly rise beyond the fifty degrees. It’s going to be considerably drier on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The weather will remain in the 60s for the duration of the following week when another front passes through late Monday and early Tuesday.
It’ll be chilly but dry to ring in the new year with temperatures in the low 50s at midnight.
