This morning, the onshore wind pattern is pushing showers from the Gulf of Mexico onto the coast.
As the storms move inland, the amount of rain falls. Another 70% chance of rain, especially in the early afternoon.
This evening’s rain is fading swiftly.

Our rain chances will decrease dramatically once the tropical wave crosses the Gulf of Mexico and continues west. The likelihood of storms is only 30% on Monday, and it reduces to 20% on Tuesday.
With the drier days next week, it will be hotter. We stay in the mid 90s.
The tropics are in full swing. There are three tropical waves growing in the Atlantic, in addition to the one that will pass close to us this weekend.
Most appear to be heading out to sea, but we will keep a tight eye on them.
