Tampa Weather Today: Beautiful fall weather through the weekend

This Friday, another beautiful fall day is on the way. In fact, based on our forecast, the calm weather will last over the weekend.

Today will be pleasant, with highs slightly below average at 82 degrees. The skies will be largely sunny, and the humidity will be low.

For the most part, the day will be dry, but a light cold front will approach and pass through evening.

As it passes, it will deliver a few isolated showers from north to south – but they should be gone by Saturday morning.

Sunday morning will be cozy, but temperatures will rise to the mid-80s. We’ll have filtered sunshine with a few clouds, but it’ll be dry all day.

Temperatures will rise somewhat next week, and humidity will return, though not to extreme levels. With a strong northeast breeze in the afternoons, a few isolated inland showers are probable.

Tropical Storm Tammy continues to move toward the Lesser Antilles. The forecast continues to call for it to turn out into the Atlantic, away from the United States, early next week.

The western Caribbean has a low possibility of growth, but if it does, it will most likely migrate toward Mexico rather than north.
