This week's weather in Central Florida will be hot and stormy.
Storms might be severe for some on Monday afternoon - this afternoon will see widespread storm activity.
Storms will sweep from the northwest to the southeast, with some being strong to severe. Winds of up to 60 mph are expected in some regions.
Our area will likewise be hot on Monday, with highs in the low 90s.
Meteorologists are also keeping an eye on two tropical waves off the African coast.
As the tropical waves advance through the Atlantic Ocean this week, they may intensify into tropical storms.
