Tornado warnings and watches have now expired in the counties of Tampa Bay.
Storms will, however, continue to roll through areas of Tampa Bay on Thursday.
Strong to severe storms are predicted again this afternoon, with a 60% chance of rain.
All day, strong winds will blow off the Gulf of Mexico. At times, gusts of 35-40 mph were recorded. A Coastal Flood Advisory, Rip Current Risk, and High Surf Advisory have been issued as a result of this.
As a system passes to our north, we see that Thursday will be warm, muggy, and windy.
This afternoon and evening, a cold front will bring a line of thunderstorms, but it will not deliver much cooler air. Because the front stalls are to our south, the humidity remains excessive.
