Tampa Weather Today: Skies Clearing with Cold Breezes

TBO Digital Staff

Clouds hang around behind the cold front for a few hours as it moves into South Florida.

We won't experience much more warmth by the afternoon, but there will be a lot more sunshine-today's highs are in the low 70s, with occasional cold breezes.

The evening temperatures will be in the mid-40s to about 50 degrees, as the weather quickly cools off after sundown.

Tomorrow afternoon highs in the low 60s are expected, and the state will remain even colder due to a thin cloud cover. That is roughly 15 degrees colder than typical.

The coolest night hits tomorrow evening when the clouds part.

On Wednesday morning, the temperature will be in the low to mid-40s, with occasional lows in the 30s.

Following a late-Friday drizzle, the weekend sees a temperature increase, with Saturday and Sunday once again hitting the 80s.
